Concept designs that have not been built yet. They show how we think about a building from the start: how it sits on the site, how light comes in, and how people move through it.
Concept design. Not built.
A compact building lifted over ground-level parking, with a stepped amphitheater and a planted terrace on the roof. A long exterior stair ties the street to the rooftop, so the roof becomes a gathering place of its own.
Concept design. Not built.
A historic brick corner building brought back to life. The street level keeps its storefronts and awnings, while a new glass and metal addition rises from the roof. Around it, a planted roof garden with a wood deck and shade sails gives the building an outdoor room above the street.
Have a site and an idea? We take it from concept and approvals to move-in day.
