A new single-family house of about 4,000 square feet in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. We carried it from start to finish: the public hearing and approvals, the design, and the full construction through move-in.

The house pairs dark brick on the lower floor with white stucco above, under a slim dark roof edge. A raised front stair with a black metal railing leads to the entry, beside a garage tucked into the slope. Inside, the finishes stay warm and quiet: light wood, soft stone and clean built-ins.
