Built for hosting, not just a basement
This is not just a basement or a game room. We designed and built the entire lower level of a Fort Lee home as a private entertainment lounge, a place where friends gather for golf, games, wine, cigars, workouts, and good company.
A full golf simulator sits under a dark framed ceiling with a lounge facing the screen. The open game area holds table tennis and a dedicated card room, and flows into a custom wet bar with a waterfall quartz counter and a lit fluted wood front. A walk-in wine room with solid wood racks, a private home gym with a full mirrored wall, and an enclosed cigar lounge sealed off from the rest of the house complete the space. Herringbone flooring, warm wall sconces, and LED accent lighting tie every zone together.
