Three-Family HousePalisades Park, New Jersey
A new three-family house in Palisades Park, New Jersey. We designed it and took it through the public hearing, and construction is planned to start in 2026.
The building reads as three townhouse-style homes side by side. Each unit has its own front door, a two-car garage and four levels: a ground floor with the garage and a family room, an open living, dining and kitchen floor, a bedroom floor with a primary suite and two more bedrooms, and a rooftop level. Warm wood-clad bays and tall windows give each home its own face on the street.
