A new two-family house on a 3,500 sf lot: a three-bedroom, two-bath unit over a two-bedroom, one-bath unit, with 1,431 sf on each floor and a 920 sf basement. Stone and wood-panel facade over a brick base with tandem garages, an open kitchen and living room on each floor, a stone fireplace wall, rear deck and a terraced block retaining wall. Designed and built by D2 Plus One.
