The BankMiddletown, New York
An existing mid-century office building in Middletown, New York is being turned into The Bank Museum District, a mixed-use building for art, culture and living. The design is by Contents Bank International, and D2 Plus One will build it as the general contractor.
The heart of the building is a gallery and apartments. A barbecue buffet restaurant will join them. The goal is a place for the community to gather: exhibitions, performances and events under one roof, with people living right above.
